DIESER AND WELCHER II
Dieser, welcher and other definite article words affect adjective endings in the same way as der. The rules applicable to adjectives following them are illustrated below.
GENERAL RULE: All attributive adjectives take an automatic -e.

SPECIAL RULE 1: After ein, add -r for masculine nouns.
SPECIAL RULE 2: After ein, add -s for neuter nouns.
SPECIAL RULE 3: After das (or corresponding form), add nothing else.

I'd like to send this small package. |
SPECIAL RULE 4: After eine or die (or corresponding form), if the noun is singular, add nothing else.
andere- + '' |
Und diese andere Jeanshose wäre zu reinigen. |
And this other pair of jeans is to be dry cleaned. |
SPECIAL RULE 5: After der (or corresponding form), if the noun is masculine and singular, add nothing else.
gute + '' |
Dieser gute Rotwein kommt aus Kalifornien. |
This good red wine comes from California. |
SPECIAL RULE 6: After any other article ending, add -n.
Und diese anderen Hosen wären zu reinigen. |
And these other pants are to be dry cleaned. |
Und dann gibt es diesen hohen Berg, den du besteigen willst. |
And then there is this tall mountain that you want to climb. |
The word irgendwelcher (any sort of) also takes the definite article endings. It affects attributive adjective endings the same way as der, dieser, and welcher.
